Are you longing for more meaning and clarity? Does your life seem to look the way you thought a happy satisfying life should- and yet, you find yourself feeling unfulfilled and like something is missing? Do you feel hopeless to change anything? You are more capable than you realize. There is more depth, more meaning and purpose available! What if it's less about changing yourself and more about deepening your relationship with yourself to access your unique resiliency and strengths? What if it's not about making due, but more about recognizing and owning your needs as an integral part of showing up authentically and fully? I especially like working with teen girls, college age and 20 something women and moms. I support you in learning to hear and listen to your own voice in the cacophony of all the places we hear about what we're "supposed" to dobe like, etc. We will work with connecting to your body as a portal and collaboratively in alignment with your own process. With sufficient support, we can relax, we can trust, we can feel possibility and hope. The experience of being truly listened to and witnessed by another can be a profound means for transformation in and of itself. There is a unique longing and truth inside of you that wants to be known- I'd love to support you in discovering it and bringing it forth!
