Hi, This is Christina I provide a safe, non-judgmental, non-shaming, therapy environment. I work with clients on learning tools to manage their feelings and emotions.
My Name is Ros Wilson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am originally from the UK where I worked with children and young adults in the foster care system who had experienced complex trauma, alongside supporting their carers. I know live in Colorado Springs and practice as a clinical social worker. I am experienced in working with children, families and adults and have specialist experience in working within the areas of foster care, adoption, trauma and loss as well as anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing fertility issues. I like to get alongside my clients and building rapport with open communication, which is key to my work. I like to create a welcoming, judgement free environment so that my clients feel confident to express their feelings in a safe and calm environment. I will bring humor, compassion and positivity to my sessions.
This isn’t where you thought you’d be. Whether you’re struggling in your relationships, feeling overwhelmed, or coming to the realization that the effects of trauma are keeping you from living fully - this isn’t how you thought your life would be unfolding. Start living a life you love without sacrificing who you are! When you feel like you have lost your voice and your sense of self in your relationships, I work with you to help you rediscover who you are and what boundaries you want to set in your relationships. Many couples say that as challenges and the pressures of life take their toll, it can feel like they’re always fighting each other, instead of the problems they face. In therapy, we can help you and your partner get on the same page and rebuild the intimacy and romance in your relationship so that you can handle anything that comes your way. Therapy can help you find a sense of unity and shared purpose. Parenting is arguably the toughest job out there - and raising a child who struggles with behavioral challenges can make it more difficult. Every day can feel like you’re pushed to your limits. I am here to support you. I walk alongside you, show you exactly what to do to help your child, and create a more peaceful way to live. I provide child therapy through a process that involves working with the parents and the child to find a less stressful way to live. For Individuals looking to heal from trauma we offer EMDR intensives that help you process your experience over the course of days instead of weeks. I believe that when you feel safe, supported, and heard - you’re going to feel comfortable sharing the experiences, history, and situations that brought you to our door. Connection with your therapist leads to an openness that allows us to get clear on why your relationships follow a pattern or behavior that doesn’t give you what you need. In creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts without fear of judgment, we can open the door to real change.

I blend the healing power of equine-assisted therapy with expressive arts to create transformative, deeply personalized experiences. By integrating cutting-edge techniques like EMDR, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care, I guide individuals on a journey of emotional healing and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in cultural sensitivity and tailored to the unique needs of each person—particularly those navigating trauma or chronic illness, including Native American cancer survivors. Through a dynamic fusion of creativity, movement, and mindfulness, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner resilience, fostering profound healing and empowering growth.
I believe we all possess the strength needed to get through tough times, but sometimes you need an ally. We'll get to know your story, your pain, and your resilience, discovering insights and taking action towards creating the life you want. I’d love to meet you and hear your story.
I offer therapy that helps you move forward. Whether you’re transitioning to a new phase of life, wanting to regain a sense of joy in relationships, or looking for more resilience in the face of everyday challenges, we work together to understand what’s lying beneath the stress and anxiety you’re carrying—and then work to resolve it. My evidence-based approach moves beyond surface-level coping mechanisms to create change that lasts, helping you find steadiness through the inevitable transitions, so you can step into a more grounded, confident, and connected life. I earned my master’s from Smith College, one of the nation's oldest programs, renowned for its integration of rigorous clinical training with the depth-oriented tradition. I also earned a PhD in History and Social Sciences from the École des Hautes Études in Paris, as well as a master’s degree in History from the Université Lumière in Lyon. Having lived and worked in the U.S., France, and Italy, I am particularly aware of the challenges of finding connection and stability in unfamiliar places. I am excited by the work of therapy, and how it provides a space for the gradual process of becoming truly yourself. I work at Archive, a company committed to raising standards in therapy. We bring together rigorously trained professionals and offer therapy that is thoughtful, structured, and focused on lasting impact. Rooted in the belief that “you can only help someone as far as you have gone yourself,” my colleagues and I are committed to our own journeys of growth—drawing from great psychologists and great literature to bring depth to our work. At Archive, we believe therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.

How I See Clients You are an individual and each individual who comes in to see me brings their own history, emotions, hopes, and fears. I take a compassionate, judgment-free stance with my clients, freeing them from worrying about what the therapist thinks and instead to honestly look at themselves. I believe that each client that comes in is a valuable and worthwhile human being who deserves to be heard, acknowledged, and supported along their path to finding health and happiness. How I Work With Clients You are not your problems and that means that when we work together, I start by taking the time to hear out my clients and truly understand where they have come from, what they have gone through, how they see themselves, and how all of this is impacting their life currently. I want to know about you, not just what you are struggling with. As we develop our therapeutic relationship, I'll help you to clearly identify where you want to go and what you want to achieve including both internal goals (mental, emotional, sexual health) and external ones (relational, social, occupational functioning). We then work together to outline what needs to happen for you to accomplish your goals and to develop or refine the skills you need in order to succeed.
My passion is helping women who do too much and love too much. If you’re a woman who is feeling worn out, worried, and needing to regroup, I want to work with you. Together we’ll focus on helping you get quality sleep, clear your head of negative self-talk, and figure out who told you you don’t measure up; learn where this huge need to be everything to everyone came from so we can pull it out by its roots. And then the fun part begins–learning to do nice things for yourself, finding your joy, shaking resentments, learning to enjoy saying “no,” and living the life you want for yourself. It's time to get started with a clear plan. Clients come to me looking for Doctoral level training with a down to earth demeanor (and occasional foul mouth!). Therapy should be a place where you can be yourself while receiving genuine, honest, and useful feedback. I’ll listen, offer a fresh perspective, and inspire the insights you need for direction. It's time to honor yourself and your happiness. As an experienced psychologist, I believe high-achieving professional women can get off the merry-go-round and find balance by setting boundaries. I’ve done it myself and wish it for all women. I love encouraging other women to find strength, gain clarity, prioritize themselves, and truly design a life they love. Reach out today for a FREE 15 min consult.
I like to make a safe place for my clients to heard, validated, and understood. I enjoy helping others navigate the storm that they are in. My approach is not a "one size fits all" approach. I believe everyone is different and we all have different needs. So, after we address the goals that the client wants to achieve, I will formulate a plan that is custom to each client, couple, or family.
