When it comes to my approach to helping, I believe in the power of a holistic and client-centered methodology. I see each person as an individual with distinct needs, backgrounds, and aspirations. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I integrate various therapeutic modalities to tailor my approach to each client's specific situation. cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is often the cornerstone of my practice, as it helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. However, I also draw from other evidence-based practices such as mindfulness-based therapy, humanistic therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) depending on what best suits the client's needs. Collaboration is key in my therapeutic process. I work closely with my clients to set goals and develop actionable plans that foster growth and resilience.
